Speaking of get togethers...

Does that replace the usual Anglesey boat jumble?

But it clashes with the North Wales boat show on the Vaynol Estate.

I won't be going to that either. £7 to get in and last year's show was dismal, to say the least. A few boats, but lots of tat shops and I don't like having to pay to go shopping.

Pity the boat show website doesn't have any way of contacting them, as the loud voice over that accompanies every page is enough to make sure that anyone who visits it at work will very quickly exit.

Rip Off

Went to Vaynol last year and it was very badly attended none of the usual small traders. Hardly any boats worth viewing and lots of "Attractions" brought in late to fill the empty spaces...

Definite miss this year

Bodlwydden (Marble Church Place) looks good to me but have organised 3 men in a boat/p*ss up trip next weekend as Swmbos going on holiday with her Sister.

Ah, thought it had good reviews on here last year? Might give it a miss too then at £7 a ticket.

Peel.

Going to this myself.....

You have to understand that us "Traditional" boat owners need to get some solace from like minded people!

And the Major said he cant make it,.......... probably worried about being shanghai in Peel. I'll be meeting Drewtwos over the weekend to.

Tom

PS Kilter ....... you should be going to this with your boat not some boat jumble!
