MBY letters, Nov issue, had a splendid picture of Spargi and an accompanying letter advocating its charms. But what caught my attention was that the shot was clearly taken from the flybridge of a certain forumite's Squaddie 58.

Have the stripy blue and white foredeck cushions survived the 2008 makeover?

Yep, wasn't sure what colour worked on fordeck so decided to keep the stripey for now. Actually I've gone off it, but not decided what to have as replacement, and might just replace the whole boat, so decided not to lash out £400 or whatever on new stuff

Yep that's Spargi. It's NE of Sardinia, not NW, but that's my fault cos I typoingly wrote NW in my letter to the mag. Beautiful place anyhow
