How about fired rounds into the water NEAR a pleasure craft.
Not the same as firing at and it's one boat not multiple boats. Do you work for The Mail?

Spot on. There are some pretty dodgy boats running in and out of Gib and frankly the Gib Govt should be doing a lot more about it. The Spanish haven't done themselves any favours over the years with their hypocritical attitude to Gib's status but the Gibraltarians are far to ready to use this as an excuse rather than put their own house in order.
