Spain regulations re black/grey waste

Hi all
can anyone clarify what are the regs regarding black/grey waste in Spain. Do all boats in Spainish waters have to have black and grey water waste tanks and do all outlets have to be connected to tank or can your have a dedicated head/sink connected? Does the age of the boat make a difference?

I hope others living in Spain might be able to quote any new regulations but to my knowledge there is nothing specifying you have to have such tanks fitted - yet.
On our last boat just in case we got stuck - we did as you are suggesting and had a black tank fitted to one of our two heads.

At present Spanish registered boats (above a certain size I think) have to have tanks fitted. The one tank connected to a head will suffice. You never use the other one do you???
The normal laws regarding emptying tanks within a certain distance of the coast (12 miles?) apply but curiously the same law that required boats to have tanks fitted required marinas to provide pump outs and to my knowledge there is not a single marina on the Spanish Med coast/Balaerics that actually have one yet. So your answer is really the law applies at present only to Spanish boats but the discharge regs apply to all.
