Southerly 28 viewing

Morning- the search for a 'new' boat restarts... (Soo happy that Moody near Toulouse was a no hoper, just before Covid!)
I'm viewing a swing keel Southerly 28 project. What should I look out for? What should I ask?
I'm happy to check a boat at this end of the market myself but no experience of swing keels. Boat is ashore.

I’m no expert on Southerly boats but the first thing I would be asking is when was the keel last overhauled. Not cheap to service or fix the keel on a Southerly, or for that matter any other large(r) lifting keel boat.
