The Company I work for normally and have always been an exibiter in Solent Park, we have been told that ABP will not allow this to be used this year for the show. It could of course change but at present we are not expecting to be exibiting in this area.

The layout plan that I have seen includes the new area leading up to West Quay and also shows Solent park still as part of the show. This was produced a couple of weeks ago, so its possible its changed again, but there are an awful lot of stands to relocate if Solent park is going and there is currently, no-where to put them.

I know the area quite well, but the press release below makes little sense in revealing the new layout. (I have also heard that ABP have failed to come to an agreement this year on SIBS using their land. Similarly the Holiday Inn.)

How the MDL boat show at Ocean Village at the same time fits in to all this remains to be seen... But I would guess the MDL Bertholders freebie bar and lounge at SIBS wont be a feature.
