South Dock - Depths in marina

Search as I might I can find no chartlets of South Dock marina that make any mention of depths inside the marina
nor do Southwark council advertise any depths.
I have found that the sill is 2.85m above CD
does this apply to the whole marina ?

Are there any residents (or visitors) here who can put me straight

Give them a call and ask ?

Although the brochure mentions 2m draught vessels , so I guess it must be at least that ?

Pretty certain that when we moored in there, my sounder was showing at least 3 meters under the keel.
