We should be in and around Quiberon Bay for the next 3 weeks and hoping the easterlies and the high are still prevailing and that its raining back in Wales.

Last time we visited from our launching point on the Villaine at Foleux, La Roche, Arzal , Crouesty, Isle D' arz, Isle de Moines, Vannes, Belle Isle Sauzon, Houat and Hoedic.

Anybody have any top tips for taking a 24 foot trailable (just) lift keeler into spots that others cant go?

Any experience of the west side of Belle Isle?

Not unfamiliar or over-afraid to do some rock hopping, drying out or big tides.

I also have on my list Auray and a possible excursion further north to Etel.

I have Cumberlidge's "secret anchorages" as a guide.

Isles Glenan!

Possibly a bit far West but well worth the effort. Also Auray is well worth a visit.

Auray, Ars, Penerf, the river up La Trinite, Hoedic/port de la croix, Belle ile/port kerel+sauzon+les poulains+port goulphar+ster wen, Etel river (you stop when your hear the dinghy grating against oysters), Groix/locmaria, Merrien, Brigneau, Doelan, Pont-Aven river, Trevignon, Pouldohan, Odet river, Pont-l'abbe river, and of course last but not least , Glenan
Beware of bridges height (explore Etel river with a dinghy, some fearless mariners were dismasted here...)

Wonderful places. That's why I love a lifting keel...

among other places in the whereabouts:
on Belle Ile, there is Ster Wraz-Ster Wenn on the NW side, just past Poulains rocks

this is taken from the W, Sauzon is on the upper right corner, Ster Wenn in the red circle

not sure if you can go much deeper in the fjord as there is a rather low power line

On the West side of Belle Ile, Port Goulphar is a nice spot, you may be able to tuck up nearer to the beach.

Near Auray, Le Bono village may be interesting, should you be interested ask where the cemetery is, Moitessier is buried there, its grave is a bit like Jim Morrison's at Pere Lachaise, candles, small notes, etc etc

the eastern half of golfe du morbihan can offer lots of places too, I went there with an Hobie 16, not my 2m draught boat, so a bit too fast to remember :D
