Sourcing 7x19 stainless wire 3.5mm

I wish to replace my steering cables wires but they are an odd size 3.5mm which I am finding impossible to source. Any ideas on where I may get this. An old boat so may be an imperial size (9/64?). I am loth to go down to 3mm as there are two rudders loading the cable but 4mm makes the steering surprisingly heavier.
