Source of reducer for fuel fill pipe needed

My diesel fuel tank has a 2" inlet pipe made up from copper pipe. The previous owner cobbled together a form of adaptor to the 1 1/2" fill pipe with various bits of tube and clips. It's a real bodge and I'd like to sort it out. I know I could have something fabricated but just wondered if there was likely to be anything off the shelf that might do the job.
