Source of heavy duty SS flap hinges for cockpit locker lid

Looking for possible suppliers of heavy duty SS flap hinge. These are to replace old broken Goiot alloy hinges, which are no longer made. Hinge size is approx 50mm wide, 150mm long flap, 50mm short flap. Can find a few options but only 2mm thick, which I don't think will last. Lids are big and heavy.

Any thoughts where to look? Have googled the usual suspects including stainless direct.

Go to screwfix.com and search for "stainless hinges". Can you adapt to different size? Theirs are certainly strong enough.

Screwfix are unlikely to have 316 Stainless, which is what you need. Have you tried www.baselinemarine.com ?

Try the SeaSure website - https://www.sea-sure.co.uk/configproduct/half-back-flap-hinge - you need to select the 52mm size to see the dimensions.

Screwfix are unlikely to have 316 Stainless, which is what you need. Have you tried www.baselinemarine.com ?

Locker lids below the waterline? Hmmm, 304(L) is fine for above waterline use, cheaper and more readily available than 316(L)

We are talking hinges! 304 will be perfectly OK. Use 316 if loaded £££.
