Source of gas leak?

Screwing a regulator on and off a gas bottle is hardly an experts job, and the regulator is the issue. As it happens I did get all new copper piping, fitting and hoses last year, even a new cooker, and had a gas guy fit it all and connect it all up as I decided I wasnt happy withdoing it myself. And still the problem arose.

Well you tried your best but to me the so called Gas fitters skill leaves a lot to be desired and having had it all fitted only a year ago in my book is not acceptable
