source of Flag/signal chart sticker thingy?

My helm has a sticky plastic sheet stuck to it with various flags and horn blast meanings on it, however its pretty worn now. Does anyone know where I can get a new one?

I guessed they were given away free in boating mags on occasions?

Newton Crum ones good - but they tend to be more racing orientated (ie with flags for starting sequences, postponements, shortened course etc) - may not be the best for cruising - the other ones noted above are prob more suitable.
