I've Googled this to no effect, so am hoping someone on the forum can help.
I need some closed fairleads, of the type normally set into the toe-rail, aperture dimensions not critical but around 30 to 40mm by 100mm or so. Material: preferably 316 stainless. Their main function would be as scuppers, but I'm blown if I know what the correct term for them would be (which rather limits the effectiveness of Google).
Thanks.

Do you mean Bulwark Fairleads? If you look on the Classicmarine.co.uk website they have some.
I hope this helps.

They're known as "bulwark fairleads" or "hawse pipes". Think you'll need to look at US suppliers if you want stainless - see here and here for a couple of examples which meet your size specs.
