Looking for 1/4" UNC x 1-3/4" raised countersunk in A4 stainless for my Volvo outdrive
any sources please ?

No, there's only one UNC. 28 is UNF.

Recommended totally. Never failed including some really obscure threads in SS and brass etc. Nothing to do with them just used them for years.
