OK in the general list of things to resolve this may seem a little trivial, but its driving me made every time I go shopping.

I cannot find any orange squash type stuff in Spainish supermarkets, only fresh orange juice, or fizzy drinks.

Is there a Spanish work for squash / cordial type drink that is differnt to fresh juice, or do they just not have it? Am I to expect the same in portugal and then rest of med, is it a british thing?

Other than having great time on start of cruise, currently in Camarinas (N.Spain).

thanks Anthony

I think that you will only find squash as we know it in UK where there are lots of British expats and it worthwhile for the supermarkets to stock it. Even then its usually of unknown brands some of which are ok and some of which are not. Try diluted orange juice , its similar and a lot cheaper.

"Rest of Med": Italy
Unknown here in the British form, but in some supermarkets you may find a similar local product, which is called a 'sciroppo'. Likely to be funny flavours, though, such as mint.
