Sonic outdrive & Raytheon Radio manuals

Anyone know where I can get hold of a radio manual for a Raytheon M56767 Telephone Radio, and a manual for an early Sonic outdrive, not sure of the model number but any info is better than none.

If you're still looking for the Sonic manual, I have one for the Sonic 100, which I thought was the original one, that I can photocopy and send you if that's any use.

Thanks for getting back to us on this, and I would appreciate any material on the drive. Sad to say that Sillette Sonic who I thought could help out are proving a dead end.
