Something to support reefing lines along boom?

There are the ones I used from a local to me supplier.

I did open the hole a little as my reefing lines are 12mm

There are also possible/better.

You can also get 20mm conduit clips in stainless steel as another possibility

How about a long rectangle of canvas (or Dacron, or something fancy) fixed along and under the boom, to make a half-cylinder enclosing the dangly lines?

Care required putting stainless fittings of any kind in aluminium; I think Monel rivets are recommended. Or you could just tie it?

You could also fit a length of plastic conduit along the boom to support any dangly lines.
