I advised Halcyon Oak was for sale, in many many months down on the Costa del Sol not one person came to look! She arrived back at Gweek Quay near Helston a week ago Friday and already has four viewings. I lowered the price in Spain to try and move things along and you cannot put them back up, but at least it looks as if I MIGHT be selling her. Watch this space
