We went down to check the boat at Wargrave today, here are some pictures from the yard.

Wow! Looking at the far bank shows just how far it has risen!

Perhaps Vince Hill's wife has had her wish wrt the new build just downstream flooding! That downstairs room must be under water by now!

That looks pretty mild. That whole area is a flood plain (in it's most literal sense, hence all the open fields in the part of the river). When it rises high, you can stand at Sonning, and see open water pretty much all the way to Henley (OK, you'd need to be at a high elevation, but it's quite impressive even at ground level)
