I would look at maybe 2 new LA batteries but larger capacity, my last boat, a Bavaria 36 had 2 Exide Strong Pro lorry batteries as seen in this diagram ...
... it was kept in the Med, had one standard top-loading fridge and was fully self sufficient in energy during the summer months. The battery bank usually dropped down to somewhere between 85% and 90% overnight, and was usually back at 100% by mid-day
Might also be worth doing an energy budget to see what capacity you actually need for your boat (I sold the boat before I got round to fitting an Inverter so the daily usage was a maximum of around 1kWh which was easily replaced by the solar).
