Solent Tides next weekend

Trying to work out how long it may take me to get from Chichester Marina to Southampton next weekend, but everthing's on the boat at the moment. Can anyone tell me what time is high tide and what time the tide's going to stop flowing East-West?

HW Chi Marina next Saturday is 12:13 with Freeflow between 10:38 and 14:13 according to their tide table leaflet.

Sorry can't give the rest as all my other stuff is on my boat.

Just checked my Neptune route planner and the tide should start turning from East West to West East abou 16:30
