They once sold a boat many years before I owned it, I e-mailed them asking if they still had the sales details, they did and e-mailed them to me by return.
Just a small thing but says a lot I think.

They sold the old JennyWren for me and did a great job - very professional.

However, the young lad that did the job for me got "head hunted" and has left them now. But as a good reliable broker, I give them top marks.

Thought it was time for a change, seems to be all the rage, internet security risks and all that!
I'm going to be in the marina in the morning then off to hospital in North London for an operation on the old elbow and leg (just taking all the metal work out!) in the afternoon.

Doesn't sound too comfortable - hope it goes well for you. I guess we'll miss you Saturday, we won't be arriving until toward the end of the afternoon I don't think. We're off to DIBS next week, but maybe we'll get a chance to catch up after that. All the best for the op.

Thanks, the op should be fine as long as the Anaesthetist is up to scratch!!.......Its just the recovery period afterwards that's boring and not being able to drive (car or boat!!)

That's a shame, we'll catch up when you get back.

we are dealing with them at the moment. met Derek last week and seemed very nice. if he can get out boat sold he will be even nicer but have heard good things about them.

We had good dealings with them up to the point where the Bill Of Sale from the previous owners didnt look correct.
They advised wisely and we walked away.

I bought my Revenger RIB thru them last year. I found them reasonably helpful and professional. Not the best I've dealt with but certainly not the worst
