Update:
Chichester Harbour
Dell Quay SC 50 49.1700 N 000 48.9600 W around slip, hard to the north of the quay at Dell Quay SC. Not Piles, drive up the soft gravel after HW and put out a pulling off kedge anchor and warp. Tucked out of the prevailing wind and tide at the back. The problem here is that you do not float off until late evening on Springs and the channel is not lit.
Langstone Harbour
Locks sailing club 50 47.74 N 001 02.20 W On entry, turn to West along channel to Southsea marina, you will find a pair of piles to your starboard at the bottom of the slipway to Locks sailing club.
Who / where is ECA? Can outsiders use the piles?

The ECA have recently installed a pair to the S of the PUBLIC slipway opposite their club but good luck to using those as their takeover of Langstone harbour continues apace.
