Learnt about the above website today, hosted by Yachtworld.com

The members are all brokers who contribute actual sales details about boats they have sold - Make, Model, Year, advertised specification, time on the market, asking price, and actual price sold for, and date of sale.

A veritable Glasses guide.

Or is it, surely so many more variables with boats, Nav gear, engines, service history, condition ev etc. almost like trying to compare apples with pears.

You need a user name and password to access it, and they're only issued to brokerages. There was a password in the public domain but unfortunately it was posted on here and it was made inactive. The site does make interesting reading.

Been around for years, you just need to be nice to a broker that's contributes to this and he can tell you what boats are making. I found that the big boys don't give out figures on used boat sales.

I used to use Yachtworld, its a package a lot of brokers use, its how boats are listed for sale, the sold section only works if the broker enters sale price in the box, its optional so if prices aren't entered then the sold price info isn't there.
