I have two HRSi regulators that I run up to 160 w (two 80w Panels) and one 913i wind generator off of and the same with the other.
But have been thinking that I'd like to remove the wind chargers and fit a solar panel in its place. Question; can I remove wiring from Wind charger inlet point and fit solar panel instead?

Wind & solar regulators do work in different ways but logically I don't see why not as long as you don't exceed the input it's designed for (i.e. the wattage of the 914i). Definitely not the other way round though or you might damage the wind genny and I'd check with Marlec first I think...

You can connect solar panels in parallel up to 160 watt total but note each should have its own blocking diode.

ITYWF the terminals marked WG are for a Rutland 914 or 914 wind generator only

If you have mislaid your instructions go to Marlec's website and read/ down load them from there
