Several months ago, there was an article in PBO (or Sailing Today) about instruments that were solar powered and had no interconnecting wires (ie wireless). I can't find the article now can anyone help? Who in the manufacturer - do they have a website - what edition of PBO/Sailing Today was it in - does anyone have any experience of these instruments?

Try http://www.tacktick.com/ for details. They are based in Emsworth but available through many outlets.

I think the article that you refer to was in PBO 439 July. The company is Tacktick. They are well known for making the instruments you see mounted on the mast of racing boats.
