Solar panel replacement - does voltage matter?

I've taken the advice from above and splashed out on a Victron 20 amp bluetooth controller. Arrived this morning - and my goodness the manual has such small print in it it is almost unreadable.

There's no mention, though, of wire sizes. I presume if the panel voltage is quite high on this new panel, then the cables I used on my 100 watt panel to the controller are fine? But what of the cables to the battery? Ouput from the new panel is 250 watt rather than 100. The controller doesn't really look as though it can take very substantial cables and there's nothing - as I say - in the manual. What wiring do you advise?

My Victron manual gives all the recommended cable sizes. Download the pdf version from Victron for the full, scaleable version.

I used a short 10mm sq / AWG6 cable from the controller to the batteries as recommended in my manual.
