Solar ovens on board

I was recently introduced to the concept of solar ovens. I've always wanted to reduce my dependency on deletable resources on board (although unattainable, I like the romantic ideal of self sufficiency), but I'd never even heard of solar ovens. It seems they can manage temperatures of 200 degrees plus on a sunny day, enough (at least) to cook the fish I often catch on board, and the most modern ones can be used in cloudy weather too.

I've found a few online blogs of people using them. I imagine they aren't particularly useful for cruising in England, but for blue water cruising or floating around the med I would think they have massive advantages.

Has anyone tried these, either successfully or unsuccessfully? And could they be used on a moving boat (I'm guessing not!)?

Thats 200 Fahrenheit. A weird, obsolete temperature scale some backward nations cling to. Not genuine degrees Celsius like my domestic oven is marked.

200 of the F ones is not even as hot as boiling water
