I wonder if anyone here can restore my memory?

At some point in the last 6 months or so (definitely no more than 12) I remember seeing in a magazine some yacht interior soft furnishings (perhaps in a renovation) which I particularly liked. They were in the saloon. Essential a sort of check/plaid/tartan finish, I think some of the "stripes" might have has a sort of purpley tone to them. They were quite unusual but I thought particularly well done and despite being on a relatively old boat quite modern.

I don't seem to have the magazine, which means either I left if somewhere on a holiday/work trip, or possibly I only looked at the magazine in WH Smiths and never bought it. PBO is the most likely suspect but, especially if the latter, then it could be a Classic Boat, a YBW or Sailing Today.

Anyone remember it...

It sounds very like the fabric Trapper yachts used to use away back in the seventies, I had seen it on other boats too, somewhere I should have a brochure or colour photos of it.

Mine has a blue cream check large pattern tartan which I think looks rather nice, it covers the original 1970's vinyl cushions. Tartan & check can look quite stylish if the colours are not too loud.
