Snapdragon 600

Does anyone out there know anything about the Snapdragon 600 bilge keeler? A friend of mine has been offered one cheap and has asked me to give him some advice. I do not know the boat at all and know it is not a 'Classic' but photos and failings as well as good points would be helpful. Many thanks
