You won't be able to check the system remotely. To do that you will need fixed internet and the ability to make some settings changes on the router.

No need to complicate things...

Usual CCTV system with DVR (all 12 volt)

Then get a 3/4G router which you pop your SIM into

Configure port-forwarding on your router to enable remote access

Use a free Dynamic DNS service like no-ip.biz to over-come the dynamic IP issue
