Installed two new leisure batteries and a Victron 500 amp smart shunt to monitor storage levels. I've set it up as per instruction 5A as in picture. My problem is that the bluetooth on smart shunt does not illuminate and I cannot pair it with my smart phone for readout. I was hoping that when red positive was connected the Bluetooth LED would light up, not so. I'm looking for some ideas as to what may be wrong here.
Thanks in advance.

If you have wired it up as per those instructions it should work. Double check you have it wired correctly.

In particular, check the domestic negative cable is on the correct end of the shunt and that the red, fused, wire goes to the domestic positive. Also, take the fuse out and refit it, that should "reboot" the shunt.

There have been some reports of the small fuse holder and fuse that powers the device making poor contact. It is worth checking.

Are you using an old phone to connect; and is it connected to another BT device? Some BT versions can only connect to one thing at a time. You have to disconnect the other device first.
