Small ali doors

Does anyone know a source of small aluminium doors to replace ‘sad’ wooden ones on a river cruiser. So far, for the sort of thing you see at the front of narrow boats opening about 5’ x 2.6’ two panels I have been quoted £5k ( no not a typing error) and a well known marine window supplier who are ‘just getting into doors’ want £500 per door thus the above is £1k. any infor/contacts appreciated

Whats up with making some yerself out of afew lumps of wood. It's not rocket science and maybe 20 quid.

Look in the yellow pages under sheet metal fabricators, The made me a pair of doors that lift off for security that go over the wooden ones for £150 the pair, they even put the lock in them as well, doudle skined jobbies and powder coated white.

I always look at the non marine companies first as they tend to be a bit more realistic when it comes to price. If you have probs give me a PM and i'll dig out their details.

Wha'dya mean "I'm always playing with this engine" its the only way to get it to run!
