So odd seeing such beautiful pictures in seemingly ideal conditions and yet when they passed us out in Harwich approaches mid-afternoon there were white caps everywhere.

Yes, we went on down to the Pyefleet afterwards. Given the unfavourable tide we spent a lot of time tacking backwards and forwards among the white caps and looking at the Naze tower. Nice in the end though.
