Sleipner \"side power\" not side powering! help!

Hi all

My bow thruster is not "thrusting" motor spinning prop not.
So had her out to change the shear pin and found it still intact
So apparently theres another ..../////**£ pin accessable from inside the boat. Question being how do you get to this, unsure what to unbolt as not keen on sinking.
Anyone had this?

Any advice apreciated, thanks in anticipation!

Yes, there will be another sheer pin fitted inside the boat and IIRC it will be weaker than the one in the prop.

there are 4 bolts that hold the electric motor to the gear housing which is bolted to the tunnel undo those holding the motor to the gear casing 4 allen head bolts and the motor slides away and you can replace the shear pin which there should be some spares on the plastic cover on teh motor. if not i think you will find that it is the same as a 2.2 mercury shearpin. should take about 30 mins to do.

You can remove the motor whilst afloat, no problems.
