Anybody got any recent experience of this company? They do replacement toerails etc. I have been liaising with them but its like pulling teeth

It seems to be a one man band, so communications might be difficult at times.

Couple of years ago, they were efficient enough, but comms were a little slower than I was used to.

Evening all, I recently used them for a toerail, they do come through eventually but are painfully slow. If you can speak with Anika she seems to be the most efficient.
