Skin-fitting, left a hole

I have a hole just above the waterline in my GRP cruiser. It looks like it used to have some kind of outflow pipe attached to it, but all that is now is a skin fitting with a hole in the middle. Any suggestions how I fill it?

Why not fit a new skin fitting in the hole and then cap the thread inside your boat, it will look right from outside and is there if you ever need it.

The blanked off Sea cock is a good idea. Whatever you do dont leave it open.
