Why the question? If I understand you correctly, you want to know if anyone has a powerful but small speedboat?

Most speedboats do try not to emulate skimming dishes, but rather have medium or deep V hulls. Skimmers may well use less fuel, get on the plane more quickly etc. but they are real bone shakers and dangerous in anything more than a lake or sheltered estuary.

My first boat was a copy of a Fletcher 129. It was so light, I could actually lift it off its trailer - which is what I did to paint it. I then planted a 55 Archimedes Penta on the back. Acceleration?...I have yet to be on board a boat that is as quick to 30. Safety?...forget it, The handling was shocking. It would dutch roll and porpoise in all but the flatest water.

I've never heard anyone on here mention one, so probably your only hope on here is that a lurker has one, and comes out of the closet. You could try Byron on the Thames Forum here, as he knows an incredible amount about old powerboats.
