Sir Bob R will be standing as the Liberal Candidate for Colchester in the General election. I wonder what chance he has. Being Liberal will hold him back, but like Douglas Carswell in Clacton he is a rare sincere politician who genuinely cares about the people, and I am sure that will win him votes. BTW I am not a Liberal voter
