Hi,
I have a Simrad handheld radio model HD52. It also has a charging cradle TC52 with NMEA input.
The cradle has a charging wire which is just a standard 12v red and black. It then has 2 wires for the nmea which are coloured red and blue with a shield. I am guessing red is nmea data input positive and the blue is nmea data output negative?
Does anyone know if that is correct(!) and also what NMEA standard it is? I',m guessing 0183.
TIA,
Matt
