Simpson Lawrence Anchorman mounting template

Anyone know where I can find a mounting template for the above anchor (manual version)?

Not sure if my first post got through but you can get full details if you google Lewmar Anchorman.

But when I fitted mine I turned it upside down, traced the outline and holes and then cut out a cardboard template for the teak plinth and stainless steel backing plate that I needed.

Was anchored in 13m off Sark for two days so CQR well in. Getting it up was OK, it was breaking the damn thing out that made my eyes bulge and that was with the SL Anchorman! I'm now fully convinced of (a) the merits of anchoring and (b) the merits of electric windlasses. I need a template to see which new windlass will cover the existing holes!
