I need a new motor for my 1992 Simpson Lawrence anchor winch.
Does anybody know where to source these spares ?

Er yes, a problem, SL interests were taken over by Sou' Wester but now they have gone too! Have you tried a google?

You could try this guy who took over some SL spares stock:

The motor may be proprietary and available from a motor specialist, try a Google.
We found SL bearings from a bearing supplier.

Simpson and lawrence sold thier chandlery Business to Soweseter who went phut , But S&L still manufacture windlasses so get in touch with them or a distributor there are several on google.
