My new boat had one of these fitted that monitors the house and starter battery voltage, state of charge and ampage.

It stopped working for no obvious reason. I contacted Simarine via email and asked for help. I did not have any proof of purchase because it came with the boat and I have no idea how old it is.

Simarine’s customer service was exceptional. They arranged a courier to collect and take the unit back to Solvenia. About 10 days later they delivered a brand new unit back to me.

No charge, which is pretty exceptional and unexpected.

I had a problem with the shunt - replacement sent by return. Others in the yottie electronics industry could learn a thing or two from them (you listening Ray*********?).

I have one that's worked perfectly from new but getting it to me was a nightmare as I was on a schedule. They were fantastic and so is the monitor. Well worth the premium price.
