Silva S12 VHF radio _ charger polarity

Can anyone tell me the charger polarity please - I have the correct sized fitting but do not know if the polarity is the same as Icom radios (centre pin is + , outer cylinder is -) or vice versa. The manual does not tell you , nor is it stated at the radio charge point and I do not have the original charger mains plug which would tell you. Many thanks to anyone who can help

Centre pin is Positive
Outer is Negative
T1 - 07 charger, 15 volts measured

A quick follow up - is there any way to see if the radio is charging and when it is fully charged? I see that the manual only states 8-10 hours charging and maximum 12 hours....

I’ve never found out myself. I now use mine as a spare and generally charge it overnight before I need to use it.

Today's discovery is that if it is charging , after 6+ hours it is getting warm!
