Which is the best white sealant to use when replacing mouldy sealant between panels on the deck and coachroof ?

Any thoughts much appreciated

I'd check whether you want silicone or polyurethane. Both can seal against water, but in the structural sense the former is just a cover "trim" layer and the latter is an adhesive. I'd use 3M 3200 for former and 3M 4200 for latter

For the bath silicone
Sikkaflex for the boat, esp if it is external
You're comparing apples v pears though. Silicone is a product type; Sika is a brand. Sika make several sealants, some silicone, some not. It's just a brand. You would be better choosing a product type first (silicone, polyurethane, blend (for caulking), superstrong polyurethane, butyl, etc) and only then worrying about the brand (ie Sika versus 3M versus Alpha, etc)
