Silencer ideas please.

I'm going to experiment with the genny out of the boat before installation. The Panda Fischer is a masterpiece of packing. Only after pulling the hardware out of the case was it possible to determine the routes of the pipework. One intriguing feature is that a bleed is taken from the circulating pump straight into the exhaust end of the exhaust manifold. The water circulating round the block and head enters the manifold conventionally at the top.

I was suggesting that a custom made silencer with square sections to encourage end reflection was the way to go. You just need a grp box with internal staggered baffles. Not hard to make
