Sikaflex foils/sausage

More recently I have been using sikaflex in catridges.
I have a much larger job to do and foil/sausage packs would be more cost effective.
I have a sausage gun but no instructions on how to insert the sikaflex into it. I have done it so long ago that I have completely forgoten.
My questions are, how do you put the sikaflex in the gun? and with or without the skin?

Undo (open) the nozzle end and remove, pull the 'T' handle on the other end all the way back; Cut the small clamp off one end leaving a small hole, insert into tube with open end facing out, put the nozzle and back on and twist to lock, pulling the trigger will start it pumping.

There is also a battery operated, or cordless sausage gun, I use them everyday.

Yep, that's the way! Works very well and is, as you say, a lot cheaper if you've big areas/amounts to do. I used it this way when bedding my new teak cockpit seating.
