Contemplating fitting pressurised hot and cold water system to Sigma 33C soon.
Has anybody done it out there ?. I think about 20 L calorifier should do the job but due to ill health at moment cannot get up to boat to "offer up" cardboard calorifier for positioning.
Think pump should go alongside water tank under port side bunk.
Engine is Lombardini with heat exchanger, have the hot water supply sorted.
Maybe it would fit under sink or in engine bay. If anybody has any experiance of the above please advise, sizes, & manufacturer
Cheers

Hi I fitted a 30 litre calorfier to my sigma 33, fitted it on the port hand side at the other side of the pilot berth bulk head. Had to remove the engine to get calorfier in place and built a ply platform to sit it on, its all wedged in there very secure, fitted a expansion vessel underneath this. Thought it was a good place as it balances out the fuel tank on the starboard side and is room that is not utilised. Iam quite small so this helped as there isnt a lot of room in there. Fitted water pump behind bulkehead at galley on starboard side, easy to get at. Hope this helps.

Yep , we have a 20 litre tank and pump under the rear bunk area. Tight , neat but it does fit. If you want some pics I'm down at the boat in 2/52 so I can take some then if you want detail. Nik
