Side mount stanchion base available in UK?

Need something like this. To mount handrails to the side of a paserelle. Doesn't have to be identical to these (in fact I'd prefer aluminium to match the paserelle). I've asked but they won't post to the UK...

I would have some made to suit, any fabricator should be able to make.
